• Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $83,000 – $105,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!

• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications
