Responsible for managing the nursing needs of residents while implementing a person-directed care philosophy. Coordinates assignments with care partners to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents and staff.
Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the applying state and a current CPR certification. Prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care is preferred.

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
