Position Summary

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required
• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS required within 4 months of hire
• Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing

• Preferred
• Outpatient clinic experience
• Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems

Physical Requirements • Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling

• Support 50 pounds of weight (patient, assist with bedside needs, etc.) Lift 50 pounds (pick up a child, transfer a patient, etc.) Carry equipment/supplies. Use upper body strength (CPR, physically restrain patient, etc.)
