• Information: .8 FTE Day shift position with weekend and holiday rotation.
• Department hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday – Friday. 2 weekend shifts/6-week schedule-weekend shifts are 8:00-12:00 1-2 major holiday/year- holiday shifts are 8:00-12:00 Strong IV Skills required, IV US experience encouraged or willing to learn. Strong triage and communication skills required. Pediatric IV skills or desire to learn. • Work: IV Therapy, provides daily infusions, antibiotics, and specialty medications. The department has 5 IV Therapy bays and serves patients of all ages.
• Holiday and weekend coverage is required from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with standard scheduling consisting of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday and 4-hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Position will be responsible for providing direct patient care, scheduling, and triaging patient needs. Requires independence, strong critical thinking, time management, and clinical skills including proficient peripheral IV skills and IV Ultrasound skills.

• You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
