Provide personal care, mobility, and feeding assistance to higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in a group home. Document care activities and communicate effectively with the care team to maintain a safe environment.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing and current CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications. Candidates must pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
