Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience and a valid driver's license. Preference is given to candidates with over one year of experience working with the identified population.

Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, with one weekend 12pm-8:30pm, rotating weekends 10:30am-7pm

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serves adults 18 years of age and older. ACTT provides intensive community-based treatment, support, and rehabilitation to individuals who have a serious persistent mental illness (SPMI) or a dual diagnosis of SPMI and a Substance Use Disorder and be determined as requiring a high level of service needs.
About the Position: Community Support Specialist II
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
1+ years working with identified population preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid driver’s license required

$18.8631/hr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
