Provide expert and compassionate nursing care within the Recovery Department of a tertiary care medical center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex and routine patient procedures.
Must be a Registered Nurse capable of working in a high-volume academic medical center. Candidates should possess the skills and qualifications necessary to maintain the facility's Magnet Award standards for nursing excellence.
Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with his/her scope of practice. The RN supports the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph's Healthcare System and on his/her assigned unit.
