The Electrophysiologist will diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias through routine and complex catheter ablations and cardiac device management. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive EP care across clinic and hospital settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
Candidates must be an MD or DO with completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Electrophysiology fellowship programs. Board certification in Cardiovascular Medicine and eligibility for Florida medical licensure are required.

Position Overview First Coast Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Northeast Florida. This is a dedicated electrophysiology opportunity with responsibilities across clinic and hospital settings, primarily supporting our St. Augustine locations with additional support throughout the region as needed.
Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations Implantation and management of cardiac devices Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care Opportunities for Watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures
The incoming physician will provide a broad mix of bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology services while working closely with APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Shared general call responsibilities and strong APP support create a collaborative physician environment while maintaining an excellent work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule.
