Summary of Position Centerstone is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our Child and Family Community-based team in Madison, IN. As a leading nonprofit behavioral health provider and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic CCBHC, Centerstone is committed to expanding access to high quality, evidence-based mental health care. Clinicians provide services aligned with best practice guidelines, including evaluation and individual, group, family and couples' psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is delivered through an integrated, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented model alongside interdisciplinary teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies. Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources. Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices. Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time. Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided. Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services. Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification Years of Experience Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
