Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and families. Coordinate care within a clinical team and provide services across office, home, school, and telehealth settings.
Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and active Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in mental health assessments and treatment planning.
Complete intake paperwork, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and all required screenings in accordance with agency, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and gather relevant clinical, family, educational, medical, and social history. Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans adhering to DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic criteria. in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team Adhere to DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic criteria. Participate as an active member of the clinical team through case staffing, treatment planning, and coordination of care. Provide services in community-based settings, including the office, client homes, schools, and other approved locations. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Attend and actively participate in all required supervision sessions, clinical meetings, staff meetings, and trainings. Communicate all clinical, ethical, safety, compliance, and operational concerns to the direct supervisor in a timely manner. Seek supervision and consultation when needed to ensure quality client care and adherence to agency standards. Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, school personnel, referral sources, and community partners.
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Registered Associate or fully licensed clinician preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist). Must have an active Texas Licensure or be fully licensed Experience conducting mental health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning at least 2 years. Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Electronic Medical Records, Google Workspace, etc.) Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Services are provided in a combination of office-based and community-based settings, including client homes, schools, and telehealth. May require flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends. Pay Per Assessment Expected hours: 7 - 15 hours per week
