Provide dental prophylactic services, education, and clinical care to patients in a multi-cultural ambulatory care setting. Responsibilities include taking radiographs, scaling, polishing, and maintaining sterile equipment according to OSHA regulations.
Requires a high school diploma, a current Pennsylvania dental hygiene license, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Certification in Public Health or Anesthesia and previous dental experience are preferred.

What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent required. A current license to practice within the state of Pennsylvania is required. Certification as a Public Health Dental Hygienist is preferred. Certification for Anesthesia preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required. Previous dental experience and experience using computers in operatories preferred. Demonstrated positive, enthusiastic and tolerant demeanor while working with patients and staff. Work Environment and Physical Demands Clinical and retail optical setting Work is active in nature Manual dexterity is required to perform clinical procedures Must be able to perform duties at chairside Ability to stand for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Travel to other sites is required when needed DVCH is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBTQ+ employer.
