Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings and familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba are preferred.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, individualized care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team Participate in care planning and discharge planning Provide education and training to staff and caregivers as needed Qualifications Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master’s or higher preferred) Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
