Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Teamwork, with an emphasis for patients receiving high quality care.

Chemo/Immunotherapy administration certification is preferred at time of hire but required to obtain within 12 weeks of hire.
