Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient Pain Management opportunity in North Phoenix, Arizona. The incoming APP will join a growing outpatient pain management practice focused on evaluating and managing chronic pain conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, collaboration with physicians, medication management support, follow-up care, patient education, and EMR documentation. This opportunity is well suited for an APP with pain management, neurology, spine care, orthopedic, or related specialty experience.

Requirements

Active Arizona APRN or Physician Assistant license Board certification as applicable Experience in pain management, neurology, spine care, orthopedics, or related specialty preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with physicians on interventional pain management procedures Excellent patient communication skills
