• Independence: Encourage and support our residents to be as independent as possible while stepping in exactly when they need you.

• Check: You are patient, deeply empathetic, and have a positive attitude that is contagious.

• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is fantastic, but we will train the right person! If you have the heart, we have the tools to teach you the skills.

• Basics: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18+ years old.

• Logistics: Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check. (Because our residents deserve the best!)
