Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities or injuries to improve motor coordination and daily functioning. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid New York State license or permit. A Master's degree is preferred for this position.
Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries and/or disease in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a state licensed physician or other State authorized practitioner.
