The LPN performs routine health maintenance, medication administration, and medical record documentation within a therapeutic milieu. They are responsible for ongoing patient assessment and implementing individualized care plans for children and adolescents.
Candidates must hold a current nursing license in Tennessee and a current BLS certification. Experience with children, adolescents, or psychiatric residential settings is preferred.
