Provide temporary support for individuals with mental health diagnoses or intellectual disabilities in group homes or private residences. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, personal care, and facilitating community participation.
Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings.
These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services.
Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota.

Job Title: In-Home and Group Home Specialist Direct Support Professional Location: Cities Across Northern Minnesota (including but not limited to: Long Prairie, Alexandria, Burtrum, Little Falls, Browerville, Staples) Schedule: Monday-Friday with availability between the hours of 8:30a-7:30p based on the needs of those we serve.
E/O weekend.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health diagnoses and the ability to pass a DHS background study are required.
