Support patients throughout their clinic experience by assisting with check-in, rooming, and ensuring accurate medical information is collected
Perform phlebotomy, lab testing, and injections while maintaining high standards of care and safety

Assist with scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, and maintaining organized patient charts
Coordinate care activities including hospital visits, discharge planning, and follow-up care with the RN and interdisciplinary teams
Travel to residential locations as needed to complete health reviews, audits, and support patient care needs
Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and inventory, including proper documentation such as temperature logs
Provide education and guidance to patients to help them effectively utilize clinic services
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and assist with basic housekeeping duties
Participate in team meetings, training, and additional duties as assigned Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Licensed Practical Nurse in the applicable state
CPR certification preferred
Phlebotomy training and prior lab experience preferred
At least one year of experience in a physician office or clinical setting preferred Additional Qualifications:
Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and maintain professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms
Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and team members
