The RN is responsible for assessing and evaluating patients during admission, including performing medication reconciliation and documenting medical histories. They must coordinate with physicians for admission orders and monitor patients for medical instability across various age groups.

This is a Full-Time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $33.00 - $46.00 hourly with shift differential and $2,500 Sign On Bonus. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Illinois nursing license and preferably a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years of experience in a psychiatric facility and knowledge of DSM-X and Mental Status Exams are preferred.
