The role involves facilitating psycho-educational and topic-focused groups for adults with addiction and mental health disorders. Additionally, the specialist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial and risk assessments and developing treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a degree in a clinical field along with a CAC or CAP certification. They should possess the ability to connect with diverse clients and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Group Facilitator/Assessment Specialist to join our Clinical Team.
Responsibilities: Include:
· Facilitation of psycho-educational groups, topic-focused
· Biopsychosocial Assessments and Risk Assessments
· Development of Treatment Plans
· Identification of core issues underlying the addiction
Qualifications: Include:
· Degree in clinical field with CAC or CAP, required
· Ability to connect to a variety of clients
· Willingness to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for best practice
Job Type: Part-Time
