Principal Duties and Responsibilities
With limited supervision coordinates the delivery of health care services to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Establishes and maintains standards of care in Ultrasound sciences.
Exercises professional judgment in performance of duties.
Assures appropriate patient care management and adjust daily operations to meet the needs of a changing work environment.
Involved with staff competencies, schedules, and educational needs.
If position involves work with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physicians, nuchal translucency certification preferred (or obtained within the first year of employment).

Requires a High School Diploma and current RDMS credentials with at least three years of experience in OB-GYN scanning. An Associate Degree from an OB-GYN Ultrasound program and BLS certification are preferred or required.
