Home Health Aide

• Calling all motivated, passionate HHA's who are looking for consistent schedules! *Full Time - $20/hr
• Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm 3rd Shift 11:00pm - 7:00am 510 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036

• Some of your responsibilities will include providing personal care services according to the resident's plan of care along with medication assistance.
• You will complete all resident documentation at the end of each shift in an accurate, concise and legible manner.
• You will also keep a close eye on the residents and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
• We would like to speak to those who have a valid HHA certification in the State of New York and HS Diploma/Equivalent.
• A strong passion for working with the elderly and patient centered care.
• Outstanding communication skills and consistency in demeanor and dependability.
• Prior Assisted Living or similar experience preferred.
