Provides clinical pharmacy services for oncology and hematology patients, including medication monitoring and optimization. Responsible for preparing chemotherapy and developing medication use protocols while providing education to medical staff.
Requires a degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, an active Georgia Pharmacist license, and two years of clinical experience. Post-graduate residency and specialty board certification are preferred.

REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Active Georgia Pharmacist license Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience. PREFERRED ASHP- Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience in the specialty area. Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification is preferred.
