The Spiritual Care Specialist provides spiritual and psychosocial support to patients, families, caregivers, and staff. They function as an integral member of the hospital's interdisciplinary team to carry out the Spiritual Care Program.
Requires a Master's degree (preferably in Divinity, Theology, or Pastoral Counseling) and 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education. Candidates must have at least one year of hospital experience and experience in an inter-faith environment.

Master’s Degree required; preferably a Master of Divinity, Th.M. (Master of Theology), or Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling
2 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education (by The Association for Clinical Pastoral Education) required.
