Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Coordinate with health team members to provide high-quality care to geriatric, adult, pediatric, and telemetry populations.
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and maintenance of all required active licensure and certifications. Candidates must adhere to corporate policy regarding training and education.
Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, Pediatric and Telemetry.
Required: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Maintains current and active status on all required licensure/certification/registration, including training and education as outlined by corporate policy.
