The EKG Technician performs electrocardiograms to measure heart electrical activity to assist in diagnosing heart ailments. They are responsible for editing and forwarding final test results to attending physicians for interpretation.
Candidates must be high school graduates with BLS Certification. Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is required.
