The Certified Medical Assistant performs clinical care tasks including taking vital signs and collecting specimens. They also handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing office correspondence.
Candidates must have Medical Assistant training from an accredited program and a valid certification in North Carolina. Experience in outpatient settings or behavioral health is preferred.
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications: Medical Assistant training from an accredited program Prefer experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Previous experience with behavioral health or addiction recovery field preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Medical Assistant certification in North Carolina.
