Assist the Clinical Research Team with participant recruitment, consent, and data collection through interviews and screenings. Support the preparation of IRB materials, professional research papers, and provide age-appropriate care to pediatric patients.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one prior internship or paid experience in clinical research. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a general understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

A Brief Overview Participates in activities with Clinical Research Team in support of one or more clinical research studies and to gain a better understanding of protocols, issues and project developments.
What you will do Assist in the recruitment and consent of parents and children Responsible for data collection through study participant interviews & screenings Analyzes data through the use of memos, coding and qualitative analytic software Assist in preparation of materials to submit for IRB approval Assist in the preparation of reports and professional research papers Renders age appropriate care & services based on the patient and/or their developmental needs Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Required Experience Qualifications 1 prior internship or paid experience on clinical research Required Skills and Abilities Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others Good attention to detail General knowledge and understanding of good clinical practice (GCP) Experience with Microsoft Office applications desirable Demonstrates the knowledge & ability to render age appropriate care & services based on the patient and/or their developmental needs
