Perform systematic patient assessments and treat a primarily neurologic population, including stroke and brain injury patients. Manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients and maintain accurate documentation using TherapEBridge.
Must hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification is required within the first 90 days of employment.

$80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Seeking full-time PT to join large multi-disiciplinary team and treat primarily a neurologic population. Diagnoses to treat include, but are not limited to: stroke, Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, tramumatic brain injury, patients with amputations, brain tumors, etc. If caseload is low, candidate is expected to fill schedule with orthopedic patients. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives working on a large team, and is interested in program and community development. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
