The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Med Surg team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, reassessments, and provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care under RN supervision Assess, manage, and educate patients on pain; monitor cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and recognize changes in patient status; perform and interpret point-of-care testing per unit policies Administer medications and IV therapy safely while following the 5 medication rights and established protocols Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with the care team Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes and support unit operations through mentoring and staff training What We Are Looking For
Graduate of an accredited LPN program & Current Tennessee LPN license + BLS certification One year of hospital experience preferred Ability to interpret EKGs, lab results, and clinical data; Basic computer skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more & stand and walk for extended periods Reliable attendance, dependability & flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way
