Obtains vital signs and height/weight and documents in a thorough, accurate and timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collects from the patient required information such as smoking status, allergies and medication list and documents in a thorough, accurate and timely manner in the EMR. Assists in identifying patients at risk for suicide through use of evidence based screening and assessment questionnaires. Gathers necessary information and facilitates the process for obtaining prior authorization of psychotropic medications. Who We’re Looking For: RN with current state license (new grads encouraged!)
