Our interdisciplinary team focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families during one of life’s most important transitions. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) includes $5,000 Sign on Bonus to join our hospice team, serving patients throughout King County. This role blends scheduled visits and PRN support, working closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort-focused care.
