This rapidly growing 394-bed community hospital is located in Pineville, NC, just 14 miles south of Charlotte near the South Carolina border. This role is part of a highly skilled critical care team dedicated to delivering world-class, comprehensive care to critically ill and injured patients across multiple specialty intensive care units. Key Responsibilities Provide daily management and documentation of complex, critically ill medical and surgical patients
Deliver care across multiple specialty
ICUs, including: Cardiac Medical ICU Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU Medical ICU Surgical ICU Admit and manage patients directly from the operating room and interventional cardiac lab Manage post-operative cardiac surgery patients and hemodynamically complex cases Collaborate closely with intensivists and interdisciplinary care teams Utilize and manage mechanical circulatory support devices (e.g., IABP, Impella) Perform procedures such as central venous and arterial line placement (preferred)
