The RN provides high-quality care to patients in a surgical unit, documenting patient responses and assisting physicians. They are responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient data, and resolving complaints in collaboration with support staff.
Candidates must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a current RN License. Experience requirements vary by level, with RN I requiring 0-3 years, RN II requiring 3-5 years, and RN III requiring 5+ years.
