Market context
In Connecticut, HHA, CNA, and PSA homecare roles are commonly in steady demand because agencies need trained support for clients who want care at home. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for state-sponsored home health aide or nurse’s aide certification plus PSA experience, and benefits such as dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off can help set offers apart. Before applying, confirm your certificates and PSA background match the posting; this platform’s AI-summarized requirements and benefits can save you time reviewing the original job description.
