3 years of experience Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed Trauma Level I Experience Preferred Trauma Level II Experience Preferred BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS required VA or Compact License in hand at the time of submittal EPIC Charting Proficiency Experience Required Skills required: Strong neuro experience required (post-neurosurgical, EVD, and stroke), Vents, IV drip titration, Telemetry monitoring, Conscious Sedation, Dysrhythmia and emergency management 3 years of Critical Care experience preferred, will consider strong candidates with less than 3 years Travel experience preferred
