Partially Remote Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Primary Care at Avalon Health Park

The LPN provides patient care under the direction of physicians and supervisors, including preparing patients for exams and assisting with treatments. They are also responsible for coordinating follow-up care, recording treatments in medical records, and providing patient and family education.

Candidates must be graduates of a practical or vocational nursing program with a current LPN license in the State of Georgia. A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required prior to hire.
