Provide direct nursing care to patients under professional supervision, focusing on assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting clinical judgments, and coordinating with the healthcare team, excluding medication and IV administration.
Candidates must have completed a nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor) and be eligible for RN licensure in Tennessee within 90 days. Completion of the NCLEX is required upon hire.
