Acts as a clinical resource and consultant for nursing staff regarding the care of patients with ostomies, wounds, and incontinence. Provides essential education and development for both staff and patients.
Requires a BSN, Georgia RN license, and board certification in Wound and Ostomy care. Candidates must have at least two years of related clinical nursing experience and BLS certification.

Serves as a clinical resource and consultant to the nursing staff in the care of patients with ostomies, fistula tubes, dermal wounds, incontinence, and other disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary and integumentary systems. Assists in staff development, staff education, and patient education related to care.
