Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls; Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars; Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors; Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations; Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations; Enter customer data and send correspondence; Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents; Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email; and, Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation for roles at Central Jersey CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law,Central Jersey CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New Jersey as set forth below.Role

Qualifications
