The Occupational Therapist plans, evaluates, and treats patients within inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. They implement comprehensive treatment programs and discharge plans while directing support personnel.
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must hold a PA Occupational Therapist license, National Board Certification, and Basic Life Support certification.
The Occupational Therapist plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their occupational therapy needs within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established occupational therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
