Provide diagnostic and therapeutic health services to patients in an Emergency Medicine setting, including evaluation and treatment in the ER and Fast Track. Collaborate with physicians to manage complex medical problems and educate patients and families on health maintenance.
Requires a valid NP or PA license, DEA license, and national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA). NPs must have 2 years of relevant experience, a 1-year residency, or 5 years as an ER Registered Nurse.
