The clinician will provide comprehensive physical therapy services by floating between acute care and inpatient rehab teams. Key duties include systematic patient assessments, accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a current state license or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification is required either at the time of hire or within the first 90 days of employment.

We are seeking a compassionate and driven clinician to join our dynamic acute care and inpatient rehab teams. This unique role offers the opportunity to float between acute care and inpatient rehab, providing comprehensive services across the continuum. This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy fast-paced environments, critical thinking and daily collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Timely and accurate documentation Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
