The LPN performs patient assessments, plans and implements nursing care, and evaluates outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include managing admissions, discharges, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of a recognized practical nursing program and hold current practicing registration with the BCCNM. Ability to work at full scope of practice, including medication administration, is required.

Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Qualifications: Education and Experience
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
