Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while conducting various therapy sessions for clients. Manage a client caseload including clinical needs, aftercare, and crisis intervention while maintaining detailed documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and a valid state licensure or certification. A Master's degree is preferred along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
