Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while facilitating various forms of therapy for clients. Manage clinical services, handle crisis interventions, and maintain accurate documentation for an assigned caseload.
Requires a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and an active Colorado licensure or certification. Experience in substance use or co-occurring disorders is preferred.

We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO. What You'll Do:
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy Manage clinical services and aftercare planning for assigned caseload Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate during crisis situations Maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress, risks, and interventions Collaborate with the Clinical Director, multidisciplinary treatment team, and families Model recovery-centered values including ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect
What We're Looking For Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field Active Colorado licensure or certification (LAC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, CAC III, ADDC, etc.) Strong clinical judgment, observation, and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferred
This is an in-person role in a detox and residential treatment setting where therapists are supported, trusted, and valued. You'll work within a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team focused on helping clients stabilize, engage in treatment, and move forward in recovery.
