We are looking to hire a full time Registered Nurse or Cardiovascular Professional for our Cath Lab - Procedure Room at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise! This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center [https://www.saintalphonsus.org/location/saint-alphonsus-regional-medical-center] off I-184 and Curtis Rd. This position is 8 hours days, Monday-Friday.

Colleagues working in the Cath Lab care for an adult population with cardiac illness or injury. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to adapt to the needs of the patient and department so cardiac experience is needed.
Performs duties in
Cath
Lab related to the following procedures: diagnostic right and left heart catheterizations, pacemaker/ICD insertion, coronary interventions including balloon pump insertion, PTCA’s, Atherectomy (Laser and Rotablator), Stent, IVUS, myocardial biopsy, peripheral angiography and interventions, pericardiocentesis, and other cardiology procedures as assigned.
Functions as a member of the Regional Cath Lab Team to provide a safe, efficient environment.
May require orienting, travel, working and call coverage between Boise and Nampa Cath Lab departments as needed.
Maintains accurate and complete documentation of care provided.
Serves as patient advocate.
Utilizes resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT),
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or
Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
American Heart Associate Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required at date of hire.

Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Idaho or a certified Cardiovascular Professional (RT, RCIS, or RRT). BLS and ACLS certifications are required based on the specific professional track.
