The RN provides critical care to patients in the ICU, conducting assessments and managing care plans. Responsibilities include adjusting critical drips for hemodynamic stability and utilizing advanced monitoring and invasive equipment.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid Connecticut RN license. BLS/CPR certification is required, and ACLS certification is preferred or supported post-hire.
Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing is required Valid RN license in Connecticut Ideal candidates will have one or more years of ICU, Critical Care, or Step Down nursing experience Preferred: Candidates with a minimum of one year of acute inpatient nursing experience will be considered for training BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) ACLS certification, support available for certification post-hire. Position Highlights: Full-Time: 30 hrs/week – Night Shift The schedule would include two 12-hour shifts one week, and three 12-hour shifts the second week of each pay period.
