Job Description
- Private Duty LPN Warsaw, IN | Hiring Immediately 3 days a week. One patient. Consistent schedule. If you are tired of running nonstop in a facility, this is a different pace. At Elara Caring, you provide 1:1 care in the home. No heavy assignments. No constant interruptions. Just focused care for one patient. Location Patient located in Warsaw, IN Why LPNs Choose This Role

- Provide 1:1 nursing care in the home
- Follow the plan of care and physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Document care accurately and on time

- Active LPN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
